I am a painter and printmaker. My work is inspired by maps, geology, the land, and animals. It typically integrates painting and printmaking in mixed media works with an abstract vibe. Intuitive mark-making, highly abstracted imagery, and the often unpredictable and interesting outcomes of various printmaking processes are often present in my work. The mysterious process of creative ideation and exploration is what compels me to make art.

My small studio space is located in Gallery 3 at the schoolhouse complex in Sperryville.
