Located in historic Washington, Virginia, R.H. Ballard Gallery was founded in 1997 by Robert H. Ballard, an established artist and curator who has been in the gallery/museum business for over 40 years.
The gallery has a changing exhibition program, where work by gallery artists rotates throughout the year including a select number of one person and group exhibitions. Quality painting, sculpture, ceramics, and original prints are featured in the gallery lineup from artists in Rappahannock County and the region, curated by Robert H. Ballard.
The gallery is one block from the Inn at Little Washington, about one and a half hours from Washington, DC, in beautiful Rappahannock County at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
R.H. Ballard Gallery participated in the July virtual art exhibitions, featuring artist Tom Tartaglino. Click here to watch the recording of the live Meet-the-Artist event.
