In-person Fall Art Tour is back – it’s nearly here!

And it’s FREE!

We’ve been hard at work on this year’s Tour, and are so excited to return to our in-person Tour, with some modifications to allow for covid safety precautions.

Come out to Rappahannock County, home to some of Virginia’s finest artists, on November 6-7, 2021 for this year’s Fall Art Tour, from 10:00 to 5:00 pm both days.

Rappahannock County is a rural jewel located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, approximately 1-1/2 hours from Washington, DC and the DC Metro Area. Come out for the day, or make it a weekend to enjoy all that Rappahannock has to offer by staying in one of our many lodging options.

You are invited to experience fine art and our beautiful countryside on a free self-guided tour of 28 studios and 10 galleries displaying the work of over 80 artists. Travel our scenic byways and rolling back roads for the rare opportunity to see many artists in the spaces where they work, visit with them, learn about their creative process, and find a special piece to take home with you. Many of these studios are only open to the public this one weekend each year.

This year’s Tour is free of charge! Due to covid concerns, the regular Headquarters Gallery has been converted into an online gallery. Tour map and information will be available on this website so you can plan and then begin your self-guided Tour from any location. Check back soon! Starting November 1, the interactive Tour guide and map, along with a printable PDF copy, will be available on this website.
