“Let the beauty we love be what we do.” – Rumi

I feel so fortunate to have spent so much of my life doing exactly that. I continue to work with watercolors, clay and words creating work with the intention of adding to the beauty and light in our troubled world.

My Ceramic Process
I use a red low-fire clay to throw my pots. After trimming them I use a white slip to cover the surfaces to be decorated. I draw through the slip to create lines and paint with underglazes to complete the designs. After the bisque firing I apply a clear glaze and then fire again.
